Any other use of any 4 or 5 pt harness is dangerous. : Just as long as the rear Y harness is not mounted to the back two bolts on the seat, which you see periodically on some cars. Use the rear shock bolts, a roll bar, or any bolt in the rear hatch to secure it. The side bolts for the seatbelts also suffice. : On my MeeYahTa, my rear harnesses are wrapped around the rollbar and the side ones are attached to the seatbelt bolts. I don't use the crotch harness.
